Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are only admissible for research services purchased directly through Kothari Research and not availed or accessed in any form. No refunds will be made once a research report, recommendation, or analysis is delivered or accessed digitally. Refunds are not available for services rendered in full or for partially used services.

To initiate a refund, clients must email a request to refunds@kothariresearch.com within 3 business days of the transaction date. The request must specify the transaction details and reason for refund. We will confirm receipt of the request within 2 working days and review eligibility based on service usage records.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days, in accordance with SEBI guidelines. If the claim is denied, we will provide a detailed written explanation. Refund requests for third-party or bundled services are not accepted.

Important Notes and Compliance

This refund policy is framed to be SEBI-compliant and does not supersede any statutory rights available to investors under Indian law. In all cases, Kothari Research will ensure fair, prompt, and accessible grievance redressal for refund matters.

Queries and unresolved requests can be escalated to the Compliance Officer at compliance@kothariresearch.com. For unresolved grievances, investors may approach SEBI SCORES as per the Grievance Redressal Policy.
